Will Pierson has gone over the top. The senior high jumper cleared 6-feet in the high jump for one of his two first place finishes at St. Mary’s Pierson also won the javelin with a thros of 129-01.
In other field events, Matt Moses won the shot pit with a PR put of 40-02.5. The sophomore also finished third in the discus. Luke Wilson took home a top five in the long jump.
In running events, senior Kristian Fralich led three Challengers to the finish line in the 100. Fralich, Tyler Almasy and Ethan Ratburn finished 1-2-3 respectively. Almasy was just edged out by Luke Bennion in the 200. Grant Walker took home a third place run in the 800.
In the relays, the Crusaders were just a shade faster in the 4×100, and St. Mary’s got to the tape first in the 4×400.
