The Cascade Christian Challengers improved their second day score from the first by 15 strokes to climb into 7th at the Oregon 4A/3A/2A/1A championships at Eagle Crest. Their second day score of 411 was 6th best among the 12 teams competing. St. Mary’s was state champion.
Shallan Spencer led the way with a 96, a 16 shot improvement over Monday. Bryton Plankenhorn’s 102 was one better than the 103 she carded on Monday. Tess Homeier improved from a 115 to a 108. Kimi Brown finished with a 106.
